Our shop is on Baker Canyon Road at the eastern side of the valley, and most of what we do sits within a short drive of it. Valencia, Saugus, Newhall, Canyon Country, Stevenson Ranch, Castaic, and Acton are all regular ground.
We also work down into the northern San Fernando Valley, in North Hills and Porter Ranch. That is a longer run and the permits go through a different office, both of which we account for when quoting.

We give you a price for the work before we start, so you are never committed to anything by having us look. Where a diagnosis takes real time, such as a camera inspection or tracing a hidden leak, we tell you that cost first.
We answer the phone 24 hours a day, and emergencies move to the front of the schedule. How fast we arrive depends on where you are and what is already running. What we will not do is give you a time on the phone that we cannot keep.
Both. Residential work makes up most of what we do, and small commercial premises around the valley make up the rest. Restaurants, offices, salons, and retail units. Commercial jobs are usually scheduled around trading hours rather than during them.
